במכללת PracticU, פותח מסלול הכשרה חדש, המציב אותך מעל כולם. המסלול החדש כולל גם את הכשרה הסטנדרטית של מיקרוסופט [MCITP] בשילוב קורס טכנאי מחשבים בסביבת Windows 7 ו- LINUX וכמובן הסמכה לניהול ותפעול שרתי דואר- ,EXCHANGE 2007/2010 בנוסף להסמכות אלו יוקנה ידע מעמיק והסמכה בינלאומית לעבודה בתחום מסדי הנתונים SQL-DBA הנמצאים היום בכל ארגון ומהווים דרישה מקובלת בין המעסיקים. המסלול כולל גם את ההסמכה הרשמית של סיסקו [CCNA] המעידה על רמה מקצועית גבוהה בתקשורת. השלב האחרון במסלול הינו - הסמכת CCSA של צ'ק פוינט המעידה על ידע מעמיק בתחום אבטחת מידע ושרתי FIREWALL.
בסיום המסלול בידי הבוגר חמש הסמכות של שלושת החברות המובילות בשוק:
- טכנאי מחשבים
- מנהל רשת MCITP ENTERPRISE -
- שרתי דואר- EXCHANGE 2007/2010
- מנהל מסד נתונים - DBA
- מנהל תשתיות תקשורת CISCO -
- מנהל אבטחת מידע - Checkpoint
בנוסף לכך בסיום הקורס יעברו התלמידים סדנת הכנה לראיונות עבודה.
בתום הלימוד יידרש התלמיד לעבור מבחן בינלאומי באנגלית של חברת מיקרוסופט וכן מבחן פנימי בוירטואליזציה. העוברים בהצלחה את שלב המיון [קורס טכנאים] יוכלו להירשם לקורס היוקרתי .MCITP Expert
מסלול ההכשרה היוקרתי והמקיף ביותר - MCITP Expert [כ700 שעות לימוד] כולל הסמכות של שלושת חברות המובילות:
מיקרוסופט - הסמכה כללית על שרתים - MCITP Enterprise
מיקרוסופט - הסמכה על שרתי הדוארExchange 2007/2010 -
מיקרוסופט - הסמכה מקיפה על מסד נתונים DBA-SQL 2008
סיסקו - הסמכת CCNA[חברת CISCO מתמחה בתקשורת]
צ`ק פוינט - הסמכת CCSA [חברת CheckPoint המתמחה בשרתי Firewall ואבטחת מידע]
נקודות חשובות:
- בוגר המסלול שלא ימצא מקום עבודה בתחום כשישה חודשים לאחר סיומו יקבל החזר כספי מלא !!!.
- קורס נמשך יותר כשנה וחודשיים, סה''כ 700 שעות [15,000 ₪]
- על הסטודנט לעמוד ברף מקצועי גבוה וזאת ע'י הגשת פרויקטים ועבודות על בסיס שבועי. הסטודנט מחויב להגיע ל-80% מכלל ההרצאות ולהגיש את כל עבודות ההגשה תוך שבוע ימים מיום נתינתם ולעבור את כל מבחני ההסמכה הבינלאומיים, אחרת יחשב הדבר להפרה יסודית של ההסכם ההתקשרות והמכללה לא תהיה מחויבת להחזר כספי.

קורס טכנאי PC
חלק א'- חומרה
מעבדים: הבנת צורת העבודה של היע'מ [CPU],ומושגי יסוד, סוגי המעבדים - יתרונות/חסרונות ותכונותיהם, הרכבה/ פירוק המעבד, חשיבות מערכות הקירור, האצת/הרצת מעבד [over clocking ]
לוחות אם: גרסאות ויציאות, עדכוני BIOS, תדרים בלוח האם,
סוגי BUS, רכיבים נוספים בלוח - Chipset, זיהוי סוגי לוחות האם,
סוגי כרטיסי חומרה, מעגלים מוכללים וכרטיסי הרחבה.
זיכרונות: הבנה והכרה של סוגי הזיכרון הקיימים אופן עבודתם וההבדלים בניהם DRAM, DDRAM RDRAM. תדרי זיכרון והתקנת הזיכרונות בצורה נכונה הלכה למעשה.
זיכרון וירטואלי, Cache Memory: אופן ההתקנה, הסבר על קובץ ההרחבה ועל חשיבות השימוש הנכון בו, פתרון תקלות זיכרון שכיחות.
כונני דיסקים מערכות קבצים והתקנים חיצוניים: הבנת מבנה הדיסק הקשיח ואופן עבודתו.
הכרת סוגי הממשקים והדיסקים הקשיחים הקיימים EIDE SCSI SATA הסבר על התקנה פיזית נכונה ברמת חומרה וחלוקה למחיצות ומערכות קבצים FAT16, FAT32, NTFS ברמת התוכנה. הבנה מעמיקה של יתרונות/חסרונות ואופן העבודה של כל אחת מתצורות הקבצים ואיתור ופתרון תקלות בכל אחת מהן.
Raid levels – הסבר, אפיון והתאמה לפי דרישה.
התקנים חיצוניים: שימוש במסכים על סוגיהם סוגי חיבורים,הגדרות רזולוציה, כרטיסי מסך משולבי מאיץ גרפי מודמים וטכנולוגית התקשרות לאינטרנט, כרטיסי קול, מדפסות חוטי/אלחוטי, איתור תקלות ופתרונן.
BIOS- הבנת תפקיד ה- ,BIOS אופן פעולתו וחשיבותו, שדרוג, הכרה/פתרון תקלות ברמת BIOS ותחזוקה שוטפת.
